History
In 1998 TechnoMania successfully opened its distribution division with its headquarters in a nine-floor building located in Sin el Fil, a suburb of Beirut. The company was able to establish a strong consumer base and forge ties with reliable international suppliers.
Today, TechnoMania is one of Lebanon's leading IT distributors and widely recognized by the channel for its product knowledge, excellent support and channel focus. In addition, the company has entered effectively the equipment supply sector with several projects executed successfully over the past 2 years.

Quality Assurance System
TechnoMania SARL achieved BS EN ISO 9002 on November 27, 2000 from BSI, Inc., the world's leading quality management systems registrar.
The ISO 9000 standard is an internationally recognized quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). To be certified to the standard, companies must institute a quality management system (QMS) with procedures outlining such issues as training, purchasing, and the steps taken to provide customers the services pledged in their mission statements. ISO 9002 certification reinforces to customers, through an independent third party, that TechnoMania operates a QMS in accordance with the ISO 9000 standard.
In order to receive the ISO 9002 registration, TechnoMania was required to demonstrate and adapt to the ISO 9002 requirements for quality systems, and subsequently demonstrate competence in practice and principal during the ISO audit. In accordance with ISO 9002 requirements, TechnoMania will undergo periodic and cyclical performance reviews in which the registrar will evaluate the performance of the company's Quality System and ensure conformance to the Standards. TechnoMania will immediately begin using the BSI, Inc. Quality Management System Registered Logo on all forms of public relations, advertising and packaging materials as a sign of their ongoing commitment to excellence in quality management systems.
TechnoMania has completed the transition to the ISO 9001:2000 system on July 28, 2003 and upgraded to the ISO 9001:2008 system on March 31, 2009.
